In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to kavieskincare@gmail.com or call on 9830548622 within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
Details of your request/Complaint
Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.

Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy :

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at kavieskincare@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing the order.
You can also call on our Customer Care number +91-9830548622 (Timings: 9:30 am – 9:30 pm)
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.599+, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
